As a member of the Education and Legal Practice Groups, Amer will work with public and private institutions to recruit senior academic leaders and with companies across industries to ensure they have business savvy General Counsel and legal teams proactively partnering with their organizations.
With more than 24 years of executive search experience and previously serving as a General Counsel, Amer has a deep talent network and understands how to help clients achieve their strategic goals and objectives. Throughout his career, Amer has earned a reputation for delivering high-quality client service and professionalism in his work with the C-suite and beyond, including roles in general management, legal, finance, human resources, operations, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Most recently, Amer was a Senior Client Partner for a global organizational consulting firm serving global Fortune 500 corporations, colleges and universities, non-profits, and other major public and private organizations.
