SINGAPORE (June 26, 2026) – Leading talent advisory firm DHR Global announced today that Madanjit Singh has joined the firm as Partner in its Board & CEO and Financial Services Practice Groups.
Based in Singapore, Singh brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across Asia-Pacific and the Middle East. Throughout his career, he’s advised boards, CEOs, founders, and investors while leading growth, market expansion, and commercial transformation initiatives across enterprise technology, software, financial technology, and other high-growth sectors.
Singh has worked closely with founder-led businesses, family offices, private equity stakeholders, and leadership teams that have navigated growth, succession, and organizational change. Most recently, he served as CEO and co-founder of a Singapore-based advisory firm, where he advised founders and leadership teams on growth, market expansion, and business building across Asia.
“Many companies know where they want to go but underestimate how much leadership quality influences whether they get there,” Singh said. “The challenge becomes even greater when organizations expand across markets, scale quickly, or enter periods of significant change. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with founders, boards and executive teams facing those moments.”
Singh earned an executive Master of Business Administration from the University of South Australia and a bachelor’s degree from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi. He’s also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) and a Member of Singapore Institute of Directors (SID).
