ST. LOUIS (July 8, 2026) – Leading talent advisory firm DHR Global announced today that Mark Mangelsdorf has joined the firm as a Partner in its Advanced Technology Practice Group in St. Louis.
Mangelsdorf advises founders, investors, boards, and leadership teams on senior executive searches for founder-led, investor-backed, and growth-oriented companies. He specializes in CEO, CFO, and go-to-market leadership appointments, with additional experience across product, engineering, data/AI, and commercial leadership.
His work spans advanced technology and adjacent growth markets, including consumer and digital businesses, marketplaces, fintech, mobility, sports and media, climate technology, industrial innovation, and other technology-enabled sectors. Throughout his career, he has partnered with more than 50 venture-backed companies during periods of revenue growth, market expansion, and organizational change.
Before joining DHR, Mangelsdorf spent 17 years with a venture-focused executive search firm, where he supported founders, investors, and executive teams across the technology ecosystem. He later co-founded a regenerative agriculture company focused on soil health, giving him first hand perspective on the commercial and operational decisions founders face as they build and scale businesses.
