Seoul (December 20, 2023) – Leading talent advisory firm DHR Global announces that Rahmee Baik has joined as Partner in the Technology Practice, based in the firm’s Seoul office.
Bringing over 23 years of extensive experience in executive search, Baik has successfully recruited and placed top executives globally. She has a deep understanding of the technology, platform, and semiconductor sectors with a specialized focus on software and hardware, network, enterprise solutions, security, digital transformation, media and entertainment, SNS, memory, foundry, and display technologies.
“I am looking forward to working in the technology industry with DHR,” said Baik. “I am hoping to build new relationships and bring new clients to the firm in sectors related to AI, big data, and cloud business.”
Prior to joining DHR, Baik served as Managing Director in the technology sector at a global executive search firm. Before that, she served as a Managing Consultant at a local Korean recruiting firm specializing in ICT and semiconductor executive search, where she dedicated 15 years of her career. Before beginning her executive search career, Baik served in HR roles at Dell Korea and iAsiaWorks Korea, a global internet service provider, where she was responsible for managing compensation and benefits, recruitment, training, and employee relations.
Baik earned a degree in business marketing from George Brown College in Toronto, Canada. She is fluent in English and is a native Korean speaker.
