SHANGHAI (June 1, 2026) – Leading talent advisory firm DHR Global announced today that Steve Jiang has joined the firm as Managing Partner in its Industrial Practice Group in Shanghai.
Jiang brings more than 30 years of experience across executive search, management consulting, business leadership, and engineering. He works with multinational and Chinese enterprises on senior leadership needs across industrial and automotive markets, with a strong understanding of China’s market dynamics and the operating pressures the country’s organizations face.
Before joining DHR, Jiang spent 18 years in senior roles with global executive search firms, most recently leading an industrial and automotive practice in China. His work has included senior talent acquisition, C-suite and board assignments, executive coaching, and leadership advisory across industrial, automotive, technology, diversified manufacturing, and life sciences markets.
“Search work in industrial markets requires more than knowing who the leaders are,” Jiang said. “You have to understand how companies make money, where execution breaks down, and what kind of leader can move the business forward without losing sight of local market realities. Jiang earned a Master of Business Administration in finance from the Wharton School, a master’s degree in international management from the International University of Japan, and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Zhejiang University.
