Prior to transitioning to DHR Global, Adam was a Partner at Jobplex, where he was instrumental in building and expanding the firm’s Consumer practice. During his tenure, he helped grow the Consumer sector by more than 5x, collaborating closely with other partners to establish a strong, differentiated platform. As part of this work, Adam developed deep expertise in the commercial and consumer services segments, helping position both Jobplex and DHR at the forefront of this rapidly growing segment of the Consumer market.

Adam’s work is grounded in collaboration. He partners closely across practices and geographies to ensure clients benefit from the strongest possible perspectives and talent in the firm. His deep understanding of the Consumer sector – and the leadership roles that shape it – builds trust with both clients and candidates, resulting in timely, well-matched executive placements.

Known for his personable style, candor, and experience, Adam takes the responsibility of representing his clients’ brands in the market seriously. He is equally committed to delivering an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring individuals feel valued and gain a clear, authentic understanding of the organizations he represents. Adam is anchored out of DHR’s New York and Charlotte offices and lives in western North Carolina with his wife and five children. He has served as a Town Councilman and sits on several nonprofit boards, reflecting a long‑standing commitment to community leadership.
