He brings more than more than 25 years of experience across consulting, outsourcing, and manufacturing to his executive search work, along with six years dedicated specifically to leadership search and advisory.

Alok conducts extensive search and leadership consulting engagements for organizations that are navigating digital adoption, human capital strategy, and operating model evolution. His search work is informed by his earlier experience leading talent management and human capital transformation initiatives across India and South Asia.
Before joining DHR, Alok was Partner, India, at a global executive search and leadership consulting firm, where he led executive search and leadership advisory engagements across industries. Earlier, he held senior consulting leadership roles within multinational technology and advisory organizations, including serving as Consulting Leader for a global technology and consulting company. In that role, Alok partnered with senior management teams across global markets on talent and digital transformation initiatives.
Alok was also Director of Consulting at a global human capital advisory firm, where he managed large-scale transformation programs, including one of Asia-Pacific’s most extensive consulting assignments that included 40 firms over five years. He began his career in manufacturing with a major Indian public-sector enterprise and later worked in business development with a multinational consulting firm.
Alok earned his Master of Business Administration from the India Institute of Management, Calcutta and a Bachelor of Engineering from Madan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology. In addition to his consulting and search experience, Alok is a certified life and leadership coach.
