Amy brings 18 years of recruiting and talent advisory experience spanning agency, in-house, and entrepreneurial leadership roles. She began her career in agency recruiting, where she focused on technical talent, before moving into in-house positions at high-growth technology companies. In those roles, she led talent acquisition efforts and built hiring processes to support rapid scale, including serving as a director of people for a digital health platform.
Before joining Jobplex, she founded a boutique recruiting firm that focused on small, scaling startups. Through her work, she partners extensively with women founders and entrepreneurs, helping them build intentional, values-aligned teams and make key hiring decisions with clarity and confidence. Her experience also includes advising on fractional talent and connecting leaders with resources that support operational scale.
Amy earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from The Ohio State University.
