Throughout his career, Anish has engaged with clients across the entire energy value chain, ranging from traditional Oil & Gas to Sustainable Energy markets. His expertise includes leading executive-level searches, leadership assessment, and the development of long-term talent strategies designed to drive organizational growth and resilience. He is recognized for his ability to identify high-impact leaders who possess the technical depth and operational agility required to succeed in high-growth or transforming markets.

Before joining DHR, Anish held senior roles at a global executive search firm, where he advised private equity firms, infrastructure investors, and large corporate clients on C-suite placements. Earlier in his career, he executed high-level engagements for some of the most prominent banks and financial institutions in the U.S. Anish also brings a distinct operating perspective to his work, having led large-scale operations and project management initiatives early in his career, which informs his approach to evaluating leadership capabilities and execution readiness.

Anish earned a master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Houston and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida.
