Before joining DHR, Harsh was a Partner at an executive search and leadership consulting firm. Earlier in his career, he spent more than 16 years as Business Director at one of India’s leading executive search firms with global reach, where he led senior-level talent acquisition.
He previously held leadership roles with a human resources (HR) consulting and staffing firm and an executive search and talent advisory firm, building deep expertise in talent assessment, succession planning, and market mapping.
Harsh earned a Ph.D. in management sciences (HR) from Savitribai Phule Pune University, a Master of Business Administration in marketing from the University of Pune, and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering grom Maharashtra Institute of Technology.
