Experience

Eimi works with multinational organizations and high-growth businesses as they scale, build leadership teams, and expand across regions. Her work frequently includes senior management, director, and C-suite searches, as well as building leadership teams beneath newly appointed executives. She’s known for delivering significant hiring outcomes and for developing long-term client relationships that are built on trust, insight, and consistency.

Before joining Jobplex, Emi held senior roles at boutique and international executive search firms, where she partnered with clients on leadership hiring initiatives and supported market entry and business expansion efforts in Japan and internationally.

Eimi earned a Bachelor of Science in commerce and business management from De La Salle University in Manila, Philippines, and a professional designation in apparel manufacturing management from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising in Los Angeles.
