Elizabeth has extensive experience recruiting leaders for organizations across aerospace, energy, manufacturing and chemicals. Throughout her career, she’s worked closely with clients who operate in technically complex and highly regulated industrial sectors, placing executives across C-suite, operations, engineering, supply chain, and legal functions. Her background reflects long-standing work with industrial organizations that require rigor, judgment, and precision in leadership selection.
Before joining Jobplex, Elizabeth was a Partner at a specialized energy recruiting and executive search firm, where she worked with Fortune 500, government, and private equity-backed clients within the industrial sector. Earlier in her career, she held senior recruiting and consulting roles at global executive search firms within their industrial practices and was a talent acquisition adviser for a large, complex supply chain organization. She began her executive search career with an international recruiting firm.
Elizabeth earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center and a bachelor’s degree in English from Texas A&M University.
