Glen serves as Partner in Jobplex’s Real Estate Practice Group, bringing over 30 years of real estate and search experience. Glen accelerates the success of his clients through executive recruiting and career advisement and placement in the real estate sector. He is known for his effectiveness in applying real-world senior leadership experience to ensure successful outcomes.

Prior to Jobplex, Glen served as Senior Principal of an executive search firm specializing in real estate, financial services and professional services. He focused on senior-level executive roles within large real estate organizations and private equity firms.

Before that, Glen was President of US Brokerage with Colliers International, then transitioned to real estate advisory and services firm Grubb & Ellis/Newmark, where he served as President, Capital Markets. Previously, Glen spent 22 years with CB Richard Ellis as a Senior Managing Director. Additionally, Glen founded Esnard Advisors, a talent management and leadership development consultancy for select clients.

Glen earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Southern California and a master’s degree in learning and organizational change from Northwestern University. He is also a part-time instructor at Montana State University.
