Since 2004, Glenn has led searches for some of DHR’s largest clients around the world. At age 27, he became one of the youngest directors of a major U.S. pro sports team when he joined board of the Chicago Bulls. Prior to that, he was a Division I college basketball coach.
Before joining DHR, Glenn was Vice President and Account Director for Leo Burnett USA, and a former Director of North American Business Development at Leo Burnett’s Marketing Services Group currently known as ARC Worldwide.
Glenn began his career as Director of Marketing, Advertising and Sales for a regional restaurant company. He transitioned from marketing to finance & operations when he ran a nine unit, 700-employee chain as President and CEO. Since then, Glenn has served as EVP of a 5,000-employee service company and President of a real estate development company.
Among his many affiliations, Glenn is a member of the Executive Committees of both the Board of Directors of the Japanese American Service Committee and the Business Advisory Council of the Driehaus College of Business at DePaul University. He is on the National Advisory Board of Positive Coaching Alliance, has served on the advisory council of the University of Illinois – College of Commerce and Business Administration and was named one of the “Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business” in the nation. He is a graduate of Michigan State University.
