Before joining DHR, Greg was Chief Human Resources (HR) Officer for a global materials science company, where he led large-scale organizational transformation initiatives, reshaped leadership behaviors, and aligned culture with evolving business priorities. In that role, he partnered with the executive leadership team to realign work closer to the customer while advancing HR digital systems and technologies to support scale, agility, and long-term performance.
Previously, Greg was an independent consultant, leading complex transformation efforts, organizational redesigns, and senior team effectiveness engagements for a wide range of industries. He also held senior leadership and advisory roles at global executive search and leadership advisory firms, where he worked with CEOs, boards, and investors on leadership strategy, succession, and organizational design.
Greg’s consulting experience includes organizations in the medical device, technology, consumer goods, and industrial sectors. He brings an entrepreneurial mindset to his work, shaped by founding and operating his own consulting business earlier in his career.
Greg earned a Ph.D.in managerial and organizational behavior and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He also earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Duke University.
