Luke’s work spans the full financial services ecosystem. In asset management, he partners with public markets and alternative investment firms on roles across distribution, fundraising, investor relations, investments, and operations. In wealth management, he supports firms with executive leadership, firm development, investment talent, and client service leadership. His banking experience includes commercial banking, treasury management, and private banking leadership searches.
Luke spent nearly 12 years at Jobplex, a DHR Global company, where he most recently served as Partner and Executive Committee member. During his tenure, he led executive searches for financial services clients nationwide, supporting both established institutions and high-growth firms as they built next-generation leadership teams. Earlier in his career, Luke served as a Senior Associate, executing searches across financial services and private equity. Before entering executive search, Luke was a Business Development Manager at Tatum, a financial consulting firm.
He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from John Carroll University’s Boler School of Business and is based in St. Louis, where he lives with his wife and children.
