Neil specializes in executive search for bilingual senior leaders across enterprise software, software as a service, and internal information technology (IT) organizations. His work focuses on go-to-market, sales, and C-suite roles, where execution, capability, cultural fluency, and alignment across global and local stakeholders are essential.
Neil works closely with global, Asia-Pacific, and Japan-based executives, supporting international technology companies as they enter, build, and scale in the Japanese market. He partners with clients to define leadership requirements clearly and run disciplined search processes that reflect the realities of operating in Japan.
In parallel, Neil advises large multinational enterprises on senior internal information technology (IT) leadership hiring. His work includes searches for chief information officers, heads of IT strategy, enterprise architects, and digital transformation leaders. These roles support organizations that face modernization and scale within complex environments.
Neil earned a bachelor’s degree in Asian studies from The Australian National University and is fluent in Japanese and English.
