Nicole is a Partner in DHR’s Leadership Consulting Practice, based in New York City. With more than 30 years of experience, she is an executive coach and advisor who works with senior leaders during leadership transitions, organizational shifts, and critical inflection points.

Experience

Known for her sharp insight and candid style, Nicole helps executives grow into the version of themselves their roles now demand, expanding their influence, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and showing up with greater presence and strategic clarity.

Before joining DHR, Nicole founded Comitor Coaching, where she partnered with senior leaders navigating complexity and change. She previously served as Chief Communications Officer at Skanska, a Fortune 500 real estate and construction firm, where she built the communications function, advised three CEOs, and led communications during a period of cultural transformation. Earlier in her career, she was a Partner at Oliver Wyman, focusing on business transformation and strategic communication, and an Executive Vice President and General Manager at Edelman, where she led major client engagements and an operational turnaround of the firm’s San Francisco office.

Nicole brings deep expertise in executive coaching, leadership development, strategic communication, and organizational change. She also works with senior leaders preparing for board service and leading enterprise-wide initiatives. She is ICF-certified, holds an Executive Coaching Certification from Georgetown University and an Executive Leadership Certification from IMD Business School, and earned her bachelor’s degree from Georgetown. She is also a Founding Partner of Journey to Lead, a nonprofit leadership community for senior women leaders.
