Olivia’s search practice focuses on serving clients in the professional services, consumer product and retail industries. Representative positions recruited for include Board of Directors, CEOs, Presidents, CFOs, EVPs of Marketing, Sales, Operations and Strategic Planning. Examples of clients in the consumer world include Colgate-Palmolive, Beiersdorf (Nivea, La Prairie), Mustela, Goody Products and Nice-Pak. On the consulting side she has placed many partners in major and small consulting firms with expertise in retail, consumer, financial, telecommunications, strategic planning and account management.
Prior to entering the executive search industry Olivia’s experience began in research in academia and the not-for-profit world.
