Throughout her tenure, Taneja has played a pivotal role in shaping DHR’s global growth strategy, guiding the firm through a period of significant expansion and cultural cohesion. Under her leadership, DHR has strengthened its global footprint and elevated its reputation as a trusted partner in executive search and talent advisory. Taneja’s human resources background brings a unique lens to the CEO role, reflected in DHR’s recognition on Inc.’s Best Places to Work list for four consecutive years. The firm has also been recognized on Forbes’ America’s Best Executive Recruiting Firms list for nearly a decade and to Newsweek’s Excellence 1000 Index.

Prior to DHR, Taneja worked in human resources at Rush University Medical Center, a nationally recognized academic medical center. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Northern Illinois University and completed the Finance for Executives Program at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Taneja was recognized with a 2025 Stevie Award for Women in Business in the Female Executive of the Year category and the 2025 TITAN Women in Business: Outstanding CEO Award. She has been featured in Forbes, Crain’s Chicago Business, and the Austin Business Journal. She serves on the Advisory Council of Saint Louise House, a nonprofit supporting women and children transitioning out of homelessness, and is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), a global leadership community of chief executives. She divides her time between DHR’s headquarters in Chicago and Austin, Texas.
