Ricky Lam serves as Partner in the Industrial, Media and Entertainment and Advanced Technology practices and is based in DHR’s Hong Kong office. Leveraging 20 years of experience in business management across a range of specialties including business development, sales, marketing and financial planning and analysis, he successfully manages key client relationships providing top-of-the-class delivery on all client engagements.

Prior to joining DHR, Ricky was a Client Partner at another leading global executive search and leadership advisory firm, where he led the Technology, Industrial and Government/Stat Bodies search projects in Asia Pacific.
Ricky began his career as a professional accountant with PwC before joining the commercial world as a financial analyst with Dow and Nortel. Later, he took up various business development, sales and marketing roles at Dow and Lubrizol. He also has experience in the entertainment and professional audio industries. He has worked in finance and product management roles with both Disney and Focusrite Audio Engineering.
Ricky has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Sydney, and a Master of Business Administration from the Edinburgh Business School of the UK. He is also a member of the CPA Australia.
