He focuses on the design, build, and deployment of large-scale, organizational-wide talent management solutions across multiple sectors including technology, professional services, financial services, chemical, retail, pharmaceutical, engineering, and construction.

Tim’s ultimate mission is to help his clients’ talent capabilities meet their business needs to drive performance and growth through their people and processes. As a skilled facilitator and coach, he specializes in talent management strategies with specific expertise in assessment, succession, performance management, top team alignment, and leadership development solutions, all designed to drive the impact of business objectives.

With 20 years of experience, Tim understands the financial and strategic business imperatives that executives face and speaks the language of business leaders. His work includes successful engagements across a wide range of organizations including multinational and Fortune 500 companies with public, private, and family-owned structures. A true global citizen, Tim has worked in over 20 countries and has lived in Asia since 2018.

Tim earned a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Management from University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Business Communications from Regis University.
