Yuji applies over 20 years of experience as a representative director of a foreign company’s Japanese subsidiary to executive coaching, providing leaders in Japan with executive assessment and coaching services.
Yuji has been a part of the news and information industry, where he was stationed in London, becoming Vice President of Reuters Japan K.K. in 1998. He then became the first Japanese Country Manager of Reuters Japan K.K. in 2003.
After leaving Reuters Japan K.K. in 2008, he served as Representative Director of Prometric Japan K.K., Dun & Bradstreet Japan K.K., D&BTSR K.K., IDG Japan K.K., and most recently as Representative Director of SWIFT Japan K.K.
Yuji has extensive experience in business and organizational transformation. He is a certified professional coach and has coached more than 30 executives. Yuji graduated from Keio University, Faculty of Law.
