Over the last 25 years, Tricia has partnered extensively with consumer-facing businesses from startups to multi-billion-dollar firms. She has led executive search engagements across the C-suite and conducted multiple leadership succession projects.
Tricia specializes in helping companies hire leaders who build brands and drive revenue growth. With an expertise spanning general management, marketing, merchandising and design, she brings a creative approach to every search. She is an industry expert with a passion for innovation and diversity of thought. Her in-depth market knowledge and long-term candidate relationships have made her a trusted advisor, supporting clients on talent and organizational issues and building pipelines of future talent.
Prior to joining DHR, Tricia’s entrepreneurial spirit propelled her to launch a proprietary search firm, followed by a partnership and the subsequent creation of her own boutique consultancy for the fashion industry. She began her career working in merchandising and marketing.
Tricia holds a dual Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and Spanish from Boston College.
