A leading agricultural equipment company took on a new investment and initiated a succession process from the founder to an external CEO. The leadership team needed to expand its capacity to execute on the company’s ambitious growth plans, including M&A.

  • Executive coaching for two key executives – VP Sales and VP Manufacturing (one of whom was a family member) – to strengthen their skills in coaching, delegating, and resolving conflict.
  • Personality assessments for the CEO successor, VP Sales, and VP Manufacturing to promote better communication and higher trust.
