BEIJING (February 27, 2023) – Leading talent advisory firm DHR Global announces the appointment of Allen Wang to Associate Partner in the Beijing office. Wang is a member of the Technology and Financial Services Practice Groups.
Wang has spent more than 10 years recruiting finance and business leaders for multi-national corporations and local Chinese clients at stages ranging from early to established and initial public offering (IPO). He has led and completed various strategic placements in cross-border, mergers and acquisitions, integration and pre-IPO activities. Wang is a trusted advisor to his clients with his consultative style, market insights and problem-solving capabilities at both strategic and operational levels.

Prior to joining DHR, Wang served in a practice leadership role with a global executive search firm where he managed client relationships and execution across diverse industries such as financial services, technology, life sciences and healthcare. Previously, he was a Co-Founder of a local boutique talent search firm. Prior to that, Wang was a Director at a recruitment consultancy focusing on finance, banking and financial services.
Wang holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance and accounting from the University of Houston and a Master of Business Administration from the BiMBA Business School of Peking University and UCL.
