NEW DELHI (March 20, 2026) – Leading talent advisory firm DHR Global announced today that Alok Tripathi has joined the firm as a Partner in its Advanced Technology and Retail & Consumer Practice Groups in New Delhi.
Alok brings more than 25 years of experience across consulting, outsourcing, and manufacturing, along with six years focused on executive search and leadership advisory. He services clients across India and globally, partnering with boards and senior executives to identify leaders who are equipped to guide organizations through technology-driven change and evolving market demands.
Before joining DHR, Alok served as Partner, India, at a global executive search and leadership consulting firm, where he led executive search and leadership advisory engagements across industries. Earlier, he held senior consulting leadership roles within multinational technology and advisory organizations, including serving as Consulting Leader for a global technology and consulting company. He previously directed large-scale transformation programs across Asia-Pacific at a global human capital advisory firm and began his career in manufacturing and business development roles.
