Prior to joining DHR, Chang was a founding member of a leading global executive search firm in Taiwan. Before transitioning to executive search, she distinguished herself as an exceptional leader in Taiwan’s engineering and procurement supply chain industry.
Chang is known for her consultative approach to engaging with clients. Her long-term relationships with Fortune 500 companies and beyond are a testament to her exceptional ability to understand and meet their diverse talent needs.
