With more than 25 years of recruiting experience, Adam previously served as a Partner at Jobplex, a DHR Global company, where he played a central role in building and scaling the Consumer practice.
In his role at DHR, Adam advises clients across the consumer sector and related subsegments, partnering with organizations on senior leadership and succession needs. He brings deep expertise in identifying and placing transformative leaders across private equity-backed, publicly traded, and founder-led companies.

As part of this work, he developed a distinct area of expertise in commercial and consumer services, with clients across health and wellness, fitness, and home services, helping position both Jobplex and DHR at the leading edge of this rapidly expanding segment within the Consumer market.
