DHR International is pleased to announce that Ed Flowers, Managing Partner in Atlanta, has been named to the firm’s North America Executive Committee.

In the United States, we are at a critical time where we are redefining our commitment to Racial Justice and Diversity, especially with the Black community. At DHR, we have not only an opportunity to discuss what should be done, but also a platform to lead by example. The appointment of Ed to the DHR North America Executive Committee is a step on our greater Diversity journey which will better reflect the voices of many of our team members.

As an Executive Committee member, Ed will help create, inform and shape firm strategies. With his background as a CHRO working with CEO’s, C-Suite Executives and Board of Directors on significant and impactful business diversity strategies, Ed’s expertise and leadership will add a new and different voice and perspective to DHR organization.

DHR’s relationship with Ed is long. He was first a client in the 1990’s when he worked at Monsanto. In 2007, Ed joined DHR, for the first time, as Managing Partner of the Atlanta office. He left the firm from 2011 through 2018 to serve as Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer for Corelle Brands where he provided human resources leadership globally with a primary focus on total rewards, talent management, organizational capability, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement strategies to ultimately provide a competitive human capital advantage.

Ed returned home to DHR in 2018 and retained his title as Managing Partner. With 35 years of expertise in Human Resources with Corelle Brands, Russell Corporation, Merisant Company, and Monsanto, Ed is a highly credible consultant and talent advisor to his clients. He specializes in helping global companies find the diverse talent required to achieve high performance organizational change and transformation.

We have always been proud to have Ed as our colleague and a leading voice in his market and the firm. Now we are delighted to ask him to serve in this key leadership role on the North America Executive Committee.

We look forward to his continued contributions to DHR’s growth and success.
