CHICAGO – Global executive search firm DHR International has appointed Christine Greybe as President of Advisory Services. In this new role, Greybe will manage the relaunch of Elevate Partners (a DHR International company) and oversee the firm’s P&L. Along with Elevate Partners’ existing leadership team, including Jeff Cohn and Maryanne Wanca-Thibault, PhD., Greybe will implement new service offerings and expand the business’s reach globally.
Elevate Partners was originally launched in 2016 to provide leadership assessment, succession planning, and executive onboarding advisory services. The firm’s expanded line of offerings now includes six advisory services: Executive Succession Planning, Team Effectiveness, Executive Coaching, Culture Accelerator, Private Equity Diligence, and Assessment.

Greybe joined DHR International in 2004 and, in addition to her new role, serves as the firm’s President. She has spearheaded the growth of the company abroad, establishing and building our Asia Pacific and Middle East businesses, and driving our growth into Europe and Latin America. She was appointed as President in 2009, and Head of International in 2018.
