PUNE, INDIA (March 31, 2026) – Leading talent advisory firm DHR Global announced today that Harsh Bhavve has joined the firm as Partner in the Industrial Practice Group. Based in Pune, India, Bhavve strengthens DHR’s presence in India and supports continued growth across the region.
Bhavve brings more than 24 years of experience in executive search, leadership hiring, and organizational strategy. He advises organizations on building leadership teams, navigating growth, and aligning talent with evolving business priorities across industrial and manufacturing sectors.
Before joining DHR, Bhavve was a Partner at an executive search and leadership consulting firm. He previously spent more than 16 years as Business Director at one of India’s premier executive search firms with global reach.
Earlier in his career, Bhavve held leadership roles within an HR consulting and staffing firm and an executive search and talent advisory firm, developing deep expertise in leadership assessment, succession planning, and market intelligence.

Bhavve earned a Ph.D. in management sciences (human resources) from Savitribai Phule Pune University, a Master of Business Administration in marketing from the University of Pune, and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Maharashtra Institute of Technology.
