Larsson brings more than 13 years of executive search experience, with deep expertise across the automotive, energy, and manufacturing sectors. In addition to his search background, he served as the CEO of a Series A technology startup, where he led product development, fundraising, and operational scale-up. This combination of executive search rigor and operational leadership allows him to advise clients with a practical, execution-oriented perspective.
At DHR, Larsson will partner with organizations that seek senior leaders who are capable of operating at the intersection of technical complexity, global sales, and evolving market demands. His experience spans C-suite, general management, and senior functional roles across operations, engineering, and commercial functions.
