CHARLESTON (January 23, 2023) – DHR Global is pleased to announce that Louis Hipp has been promoted to Managing Partner, Global Insurance.
Previously serving as Leader of the Insurance Practice, Hipp also served as a member of the Financial Services/FinTech Practice and the Human Resources Practice. For the past 14 years, he has led leadership searches across all functions within property-casualty, life/health and retirement businesses.
Hipp came to DHR from a major global search firm as a Senior Client Partner and spent 10 years with General Reinsurance Corporation and Cologne Life Insurance Company in human resource positions. In addition, Hipp was also President and CEO of Hipp Waters, Inc. for 25 years, where he built the company into one of the largest human resources services firms in New England.
