Singapore (February 27, 2024) – Leading talent advisory firm DHR Global is pleased to announce that Minjun Chow has joined the firm as Partner in the Financial Services Practice Group. Chow will be driving the firm’s growth into emerging markets across Southeast Asia.
Bringing over 12 years of experience in human resources consulting, Chow has successfully managed end-to-end projects in executive search, talent mapping, succession planning, and pipelining with a specialized focus across financial services, professional services, government-linked companies, and FMCG sectors.

Prior to joining DHR, Chow served as a Client Partner covering the Asia Pacific region. He extensively delivered client satisfaction and built lasting relationships across the region. Experienced in building a brand in a new region, Chow is passionate about navigating the complexities of the ever-evolving executive search landscape, with a strong drive to develop the best-in-market talent acquisition strategies to effectively support his clients.
Chow holds a bachelor’s degree in business marketing from the University of Hawaii and earned a master’s degree in business administration from the University of New South Wales, Australia.
