TOKYO (Feb. 3, 2026) – Leading talent advisory firm DHR Global announced today that Neil MacGregor has joined the firm as a Partner in its Advanced Technology Practice Group in Tokyo.
MacGregor brings more than 15 years of executive search experience, along with more than 25 years of professional experience in Japan, supporting leadership hiring across enterprise software, software as a service, and internal technology organizations.
Throughout his executive search career, MacGregor has partnered with global, regional, and Japan-based leadership teams to recruit bilingual senior leaders for go-to-market, sales, and C-suite roles. His work reflects a deep understanding of the leadership requirements needed to operate effectively at the intersection of global strategy and local execution.
