DHR International is pleased to announce it has appointed Roemer Koudstaal as Director of Research, Europe. He will be based in the European Headquarters in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
In this key operations role, Koudstaal will be responsible for managing the firm’s rapidly growing delivery team of European associates, senior associates, and principals who ensure efficient and effective delivery of client searches. He will partner closely with DHR’s executive search consultants, supporting the firm’s European footprint spanning 11 cities in 8 countries. In addition, he will collaborate with the North America and Asia Pacific Research Directors servicing DHR’s 53 offices around the World.

Prior to joining DHR International, Koudstaal worked at Egon Zehnder, where he specialized in executive search, recruiting for senior and board level roles across a range of practice groups, including Construction & Building Materials, Offshore & Renewable Energy, Manufacturing, Advanced Technology and Private Equity. He has an in-depth understanding of industrial and high-tech markets, and developments, along with the challenges each industry faces.
