Tay brings more than 20 years of extensive regional search experience covering the APAC region, particularly Southeast Asia, China and Australia. As a trusted advisor to companies across diverse sectors in various countries, he can provide insights into future market trends and patterns. Tay is knowledgeable in multiple industries, leading searches for c-suite and director roles in energy, chemicals, infrastructure and private equity.

Before joining the executive search industry, he ran a distribution business in the APAC region for a UK-based company dealing with industrial consumables supporting the aerospace and automotive industries.
Trained as a Mechanical Engineer, Tay is fluent in English, Chinese, Malay and various Asian dialects.
