His expertise spans various industries, including energy, advanced technologies, infrastructure, and private equity, where he has successfully led searches for C-suite, regional head, managing director, and general manager roles.

His prior experience as a Regional Director of the Industrial Practice for a French talent advisory firm and his tenure running a distribution business for industrial consumables in the Asia Pacific region have honed his skills in strategic leadership and talent acquisition.
Roy’s academic background in mechanical engineering, coupled with his multilingual fluency in English, Chinese, Malay, and various Asian dialects, equips him with a unique perspective.
