SHRM EXECUTIVE NETWORK: The list of companies adopting a co-CEO model – Comcast, Oracle, Spotify, Netflix, Warby Parker, and others – has sparked fresh discussion about how leadership is evolving at the top.

“The reality is that the number of co-CEOs is minuscule,” says Christine Greybe, President of Leadership Consulting at DHR Global.
