CHICAGO (Nov. 11, 2025) – Leading talent advisory firm DHR Global announces that Victoria Schmidt has joined the firm as Partner in the Chicago office. She will serve clients in the supply chain and operations function across Retail and Consumer, Industrial, and Healthcare.
Victoria has more than 15 years of experience in consulting, sales, and business development. She has an extensive background in cultivating executive relationships and delivering enterprise solutions for Fortune 500 clients across North America. Most recently, she was Regional Vice President at a global research and advisory company, where she managed multimillion-dollar client portfolios, guided organizations through digital transformation initiatives, and was recognized for leadership and sales excellence.
