TOKYO (Feb. 16, 2026) – Leading talent advisory firm DHR Global announced today that William Blake has joined the firm as a Partner in its Legal Practice Group in Tokyo.
He focuses on executive search and leadership advisory work for legal, compliance, intellectual property, and regulatory functions across the Asia-Pacific region. He partners with multinational and domestic organizations to identify senior legal and compliance leaders who are aligned with business priorities, governance expectations, and regional operating realities.
Blake brings more than 14 years of experience in legal and compliance executive search, with deep in-market knowledge across Japan, Taiwan, Korea, and Southeast Asia. He’s supported leadership hiring across regulated and complex sectors, including healthcare, financial services, technology, and industrial markets.

Before joining DHR, Blake held senior roles at an international executive search firm that focused on legal and compliance recruitment. His work has included senior counsel and compliance leadership searches, first-country hires, and complex engagements that required careful market insight and sustained partnerships with clients and candidates.
