With more than 16 years of experience in the executive search field, Claire conducts search engagements primarily at the C-level and board of directors as well as functional heads level, for companies ranging from multinational corporations to high-growth, early-stage organizations. She effectively helps corporate clients build strong leadership teams. In this capacity, she is responsible for business development of key clients in consumer goods and fashion retail, professional services, online/contents and other industries.
Claire possesses a strong background in research and execution, having spent time with other leading multinational executive search firms. Prior to entering the executive search industry, she served as a Fixed Income Derivatives Broker in the financial services sector and worked as a Management Consultant in the consulting industry.
Claire holds a bachelor’s degree in history from Yonsei University in Seoul and has conducted career consulting and coaching for global Master of Business Administration students at Korea University in Seoul for several years. She is fluent in English and Korean.
