Experience

Before joining DHR, Ghislain co-founded QoQoons, a reward-based crowdfunding platform incubating product ideas and projects. Ghislain also served as co-CEO responsible for strategy and product development.

Ghislain visited Korea for the first time in 2004 when he joined the French Embassy in Seoul as Commercial Attaché allocated to the French Chamber of Commerce. He later occupied several strategic roles in HR serving as Global HR Manager for SK Telecom with a focus on M&A, global talent management, global leadership and recruiting. In 2011, he joined Greenpeace International as Global HR Unit Head, leading the HR function globally and accountable for the development and implementation of the Greenpeace People Strategy.

Ghislain holds a Master of Business Administration from Korea University and a master’s degree in international economics from Pantheon-Sorbonne University. He was elected co-President of the French tech community in Seoul in 2018 and maintains a strong network in the Korean startup ecosystem.
