Patricia serves as Managing Partner in DHR’s Detroit office and as Global Leader of the Automotive and Future Mobility Practice Group. She brings over 30 years of leadership experience in automotive manufacturing, manufacturing consulting and executive search.

Prior to joining DHR, Patricia spent six years as Vice President of Harbour Consulting, where she led engagements in research, manufacturing strategy and operations improvement. She was a principal contributor to The Harbour Reports, which analyze and rank assembly, stamping and powertrain plants in productivity and lean manufacturing performance globally.
Patricia’s manufacturing and operations experience began at General Motors Corporation with 13 years of factory floor operations in production, quality and manufacturing engineering. As Superintendent of Industrial Engineering, she led teams of engineers in cost reduction, productivity improvement, lean implementation and new model introduction in vehicle assembly plants.
Patricia holds a bachelor’s degree from Kalamazoo College with a major in economics and a minor in international business and a master’s degree in industrial relations from Wayne State University.
