HOUSTON (Jan. 20, 2026) – Leading talent advisory firm DHR Global announced today that Anish Patel has joined the firm as a Partner in its Sustainable Infrastructure & Energy Practice in Houston.
Patel brings more than 12 years of executive search experience focused on infrastructure and energy. He acts as a strategic partner to public companies, private equity firms, and infrastructure investors, building boards and leadership teams capable of navigating the complexities of the evolving energy landscape.

Before joining DHR, Patel held senior roles at a global executive search firm, advising private equity firms, infrastructure investors, and corporate clients on C-suite and senior leadership placements. Throughout his career, he has engaged with clients across the entire energy value chain, ranging from traditional Oil & Gas to Sustainable Energy markets. Additionally, he has executed high-level engagements for prominent banks and financial institutions. Patel also brings a distinct operating perspective to his work, having led large-scale operations and project management initiatives early in his career, which informs his approach to evaluating leadership capabilities and execution readiness.
