DHR Global Makes Inc. Magazine’s Best Workplaces List for Fourth Consecutive Year

CHICAGO (JUNE 17, 2025) – Leading talent advisory firm DHR Global has been named to Inc. magazine’s annual Best Workplaces list for the fourth consecutive year. As one of the most prestigious national workplace recognition programs, the list honors companies that have built exceptional workplaces and vibrant cultures that support their teams and businesses.

This recognition places DHR among an elite group – only 2% of companies on the list have earned a spot for four or more consecutive years since 2021. The firm is the only top 50 executive search and talent advisory firm to receive this honor for four straight years. DHR continues to stand out for its consistent focus on engagement, with 97% of survey respondents reporting they are “engaged” or “highly engaged.”

“This award is especially meaningful because it comes directly from our team,” said Priya Taneja, President and Chief Operating Officer at DHR Global. “We’ve made culture a strategic priority, and it’s clear our people feel the benefits. From flexible work arrangements and career development to health and well-being programs, we’re focused on building a workplace where everyone feels seen, supported, and inspired to do their best work.”

“Being recognized by Inc. for the fourth year in a row is incredibly meaningful,” said DHR CEO Geoff Hoffmann. “It’s a direct reflection of the inclusive, collaborative culture we’ve worked hard to build and continue to refine. Our team members are at the heart of everything we do, and this honor is a testament to their passion, professionalism, and shared commitment to excellence.”

Each year, Inc. partners with Quantum Workplace to administer a comprehensive employee survey that covers issues such as leadership, benefits, culture, and engagement. DHR joins a select group of honorees chosen from thousands of submissions based on the quality of employee feedback.

For the fourth consecutive year, employees described DHR’s culture in one word: “collaborative.” Survey comments underscore the company’s strengths:

  • “Since joining DHR, I have felt that the organization is exactly what I was expecting based on my interviews. I have watched senior leadership make decisions that I support for the organization and decisions that support me as an employee. … Most of all, after being part of this organization for the past few years, after spending almost 20 years with my previous company, I can say with absolute certainty that this is the Best Place to Work and I am proud to work at DHR!”
  • “… From day one, I’ve felt like a valued part of the team. … The collaborative culture, leadership support, and opportunities for growth make this an exciting place to build a future.”
  • “DHR Global has a strong commitment to fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and growth-oriented environment. … With a leadership team that prioritizes mentorship and career advancement … DHR Global empowers its people to thrive.”
  • “DHR has provided me the flexibility I need to be successful in my career and in my home life. … I absolutely love the people I work with.”

One of the most powerful drivers of employee engagement is feeling valued by senior leadership, according to Inc. At DHR, 89% of employees agree that the senior leaders of the organization value people as their most important resource.

This latest recognition adds to a growing list of accolades for DHR Global. In 2025, the firm was named to the Forbes America’s Best Executive Recruiting Firms list for the ninth consecutive year (2017-2025) and has been honored with the Aetna Workplace Well-Being Award (2021-2024) and the Newsweek Excellence 1000 Index (2024). As well, DHR is a finalist for PR Daily’s Social Media & Digital Awards in the Employer Branding category and was awarded an Honorable Mention in Ragan’s Workplace Wellness Awards. Hunt Scanlon Media ranks DHR among the top 10 largest and fastest-growing executive search firms in North America.
