Previously serving as Associate Partner, Payan brings more than 15 years of experience in talent acquisition, talent management, and corporate communications. He solves talent challenges with an innovative approach by building meaningful partnerships and sustainable methodologies.

Payan’s experience as a talent consultant includes important projects mainly for the Industrial Practice such as chemical, oil and gas, energy, logistics, manufacturing, construction, and automotive sectors. He has managed high-level searches for both corporate headquarters and manufacturing plants.
