LONDON (June 3, 2026) – DHR Global, a premier talent advisory firm, today announced the promotion of Mathew Dixon to Managing Partner, European Consumer & Retail Practice. In this role, Dixon will lead the continued growth of DHR’s European Consumer & Retail Practice, with a focus on deepening client relationships, expanding cross-border collaboration, and supporting multinational organizations with executive search and leadership consulting solutions.
Based in London, Dixon has played a key role in helping build the firm’s presence among leading fashion, luxury, beauty, retail, and consumer brands. Since joining DHR in 2023, he has elevated the firm’s reputation as a trusted advisor to organizations seeking executive talent and leadership solutions across the region.
“Mathew has been instrumental in growing our Consumer & Retail Practice across Europe and strengthening our relationships with leading brands,” said Priya Taneja, Chief Executive Officer of DHR Global. “His industry expertise, collaborative approach, and commitment to delivering exceptional client outcomes make him a natural choice for this role.”
Dixon has more than two decades of executive search experience and specializes in C-suite and board-level appointments across fashion, beauty, luxury goods, and consumer-facing businesses throughout the United Kingdom and Europe.
Beyond executive search, Dixon has helped expand the Consumer & Retail Practice’s collaboration with DHR’s Leadership Consulting team, supporting clients on organizational effectiveness, leadership assessment, and succession-related initiatives.
“Mathew has helped create a stronger sense of connection and momentum across our global Consumer & Retail Practice,” said Tricia Logan, Managing Partner, Global Consumer & Retail Practice. “He has built credibility with clients, strengthened collaboration among our partners, and consistently looked for ways to bring the full capabilities of DHR to the organizations we serve.”
Dixon said he is excited about the opportunity to continue building DHR’s position as a leading talent advisory partner for consumer and retail organizations across Europe.
“We have built a strong foundation over the past several years, and I believe the opportunity ahead is significant,” said Dixon. “Now is not the time to stand still. Now is the moment for consumer and retail companies to be bold in their hiring choices and drive increased innovation and business opportunities. They increasingly need advisors who understand both the leadership challenges within their sector and how to future-proof their organizations. One of DHR’s greatest strengths is our ability to bring together experts from around the world to solve complex talent challenges for clients. I am proud of what we have accomplished and excited to continue building a practice known for delivering exceptional work and meaningful impact for the brands we serve.”
Dixon joined DHR after serving in senior leadership roles at several global executive search and leadership advisory firms. He also serves as the Unit Leader for the MBA Digital Transformation program at Istituto Marangoni business school. He holds a first-class bachelor’s degree in Fashion Marketing from Northumbria University.
