Recognized for her deep expertise across consumer-facing businesses, Tricia partners with organizations ranging from emerging disruptors and private equity–backed companies to globally recognized brands on leadership decisions that drive growth and long-term value. She brings more than 25 years of experience advising companies across retail, fashion, and the broader consumer landscape at pivotal moments of change.
Since joining DHR in 2017, Tricia has built and scaled the firm’s Retail & Fashion Practice and now serves as Global Practice Leader for Consumer & Retail. She counsels CEOs, boards, and executive teams on aligning leadership with evolving brand, digital, and commercial priorities in an increasingly interconnected consumer market.
Tricia is known for placing senior leaders who balance creative vision with operational rigor, and are capable of building brands while delivering performance. Her deep industry relationships and understanding of how fashion and consumer brands are conceived, scaled, and sustained make her a trusted advisor on leadership, succession, and organizational design.
Prior to DHR, Tricia founded and grew her own executive search firm and later launched a boutique consultancy serving the fashion industry. Earlier in her career, she held roles in merchandising and marketing and led in-house executive search at Gap Inc. and Coach, giving her firsthand insight into the creative and commercial forces that shape iconic brands.
Tricia is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Boston College.
